I want the new iPhone so bad that I’m considering killing my iPhone. Let me explain:
Being the hopeless Mac addict that I am, I have decided to upgrade from my 3G to the 3GS so I can create videos on the fly and post them to YouTube.
“But Joe, don’t you own a Flip Mino AND a Canon HF10?”
Well, yeah, but I can’t stand all the song and dance required to cut and edit a respectable video these days. I want the ability to shoot the instant inspiration strikes and upload the next moment.
So here’s the deal: I want you to vote whether my iPhone 3G lives … or DIES! That’s right, you get to choose the horrible fate my dear old smartphone will meet — or you can choose to save it by voting “Don’t Kill my iPhone”.

Let’s use this prank as a way to raise money for breast cancer funding and awareness (Donations will go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation). I have several family members, including my Mother-in-Law, who are survivors, so it is a personal cause for me. Please donate a dollar, two dollars, or whatever you can:

Don't kill it, sell it on eBay and then donate the cash.
Hmmm…That’s a good idea, might just wind up doing that!
Or you could donate the iPhone to charity or sell it and donate the money to charity…
